The Annual General Meeting of Talenom Plc was held on Thursday 14 March 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting was held as a remote meeting in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 16, Subsection 3 of the Companies Act, in which shareholders fully exercised their decision-making powers by the use of telecommunications and technical means during the remote meeting in real time.
