Key work experience

Juho Ahosola has worked as the Director of Accounting Services of Talenom Oyj 2019-2022. Before this he has worked in various expert, development and management positions in Talenom since 2013. Prior to this, he has worked as an entrepreneur in Suomen Kulta Outlet Oy and in J&H Ahosola Ky in various sales, marketing and management positions.

Chairman of the Board of Suomen Kulta Outlet Oy since 2011.

Matti Säkkinen has worked at Talenom as Group Financial Controller since 2022. Before moving to Talenom, he has worked in corporate finance, administration and business management and development positions in the roles of controller and CFO.

Key work experience:

Marika has held several management positions at Talenom for over 15 years. Her latest position was as Business director at Talenom in 2020-2022. She has also worked as an account manager at pension insurer Elo responsible for customer relationships and partner cooperation in Northern Finland in 2015-2019.

Key working experience

Åsa Gröberg has worked at Talenom Redovisning AB since November 2021 as a Service Manager (2021-2023). Before that, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Ekonomianalys AB (2019-2021), where she also worked in business development (2018-2021). Prior to that, she worked as an analyst at Karolinska University Hospital and as a consultant at Deloitte.

Key work experience

Antti Aho has worked as the CFO and CHRO of Talenom Oyj 2017-2022. Before this he has worked in expert, development and management positions in Talenom since 2003.

Key positions of trust

Antti Aho has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Suomen Taloushallintoliitto since 1 July 2017.

Key working experience:

Annica has held a senior position in Talenom Sweden as HR Director, and being a member of the country management board, since she joined in 2023.

She has previous experience in HR in roles such as HR Business Partner Manager, Project Manager in HR, and Acting Head of HR in an international context

Key working experience:

Lourdes Santisteban joined Talenom when it acquired the first company in Spain, being a former owner. Since then, she has been part of the construction of the project in Spain, becoming Country Director in November 2022. Prior to that, she had held the position of Director of her previous company for four years. Her previous background was as a lawyer, specialized in corporate law and investments.
